Trophy Sitka Blacktail Deer & Seaducks on Kodiak Island
This is a great hunt for one of the most beautiful deer in North America. Kodiak Island holds a healthy population of trophy Sitka blacktails. Charter a flight from Kodiak to one of our comfortable wilderness lodges and base camp accommodations. Plus, the opportunity to collect three Sitka blacktails makes for a great hunting experience. Bring your shotgun for sea ducks. Ducks include: King Eider, Harlequin, Golden Eye, Old Squaw, Bufflehead, Mallard, Pintail, Brandt, and many more. Whether you are trying to collect all the North American deer species, hunting trophy sea ducks or just looking for a fun hunt, don’t let this pass you by.
Rates:
$5,500 per person (1X1); $4,500 per person (2X1); 5 nights and 6 days.
Dates:
Oct 21 - Nov 31 (preferred hunt dates, bucks are in rut and waterfowl migration
is in full swing!)
Includes: Guide service, all meals, accommodations, in-field
transportation, and trophy care.
Transportation: Fly to Kodiak Island, Alaska and air charter to camp.
Approximately $600 charter.
License:
Purchase license and tags online at Alaska Dept. Fish and Game website:
www.admin.adfg.state.ak.us/license/. Or, purchase upon arrival in Anchorage.
License: $85 (nonresident). Deer tag each: $150. You will need a Federal and
State Duck Stamp.
Hunt does not include: Airfare/charter, license/tags, and shipping of trophy or meat out of camp.
*NOTE: Prices are subject to change due to increase costs in transportation, insurance, and ADF&G requirements. Clients will be notified of any changes before submitting a deposit on hunt. License and tag fees are slightly higher for nonresident alien clients.
